Eggland's Best Makes Everything Better #Sponsored

We had such an amazing time with Eggland's Best and My Cooking Party in New York City! Chef Matt taught us the right way to chop an onion, and did you know the best way to season food is by hovering about a foot above the food and sprinkling it down? It really gives better coverage so I am a reformed close-seasoner. 

Each of publishers took a part in cooking a fantastic 3 course meal - My role was to butter the dishes for our Lemon Meringue, crack eggs and watch syrup cook so we could make marshmallow. YUM!!!

The three course meal started with risotto squash balls that had been breaded with bread crumbs and of course we used Eggland's best for the breading to stick. Our main course was a Mahi Mahi that had been coated with a bit of oil and egg and it was perfectly crisp, asparagus and amaaaaazzzing macaroni and cheese. We finished with our scrumptious Lemon Merengue!!!
